PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a firm coated film wherein the light scattering or clouding is inhibited, which inhibits the warpage of a base plate, especially a soda-lime silica glass base plate when calcining a coating solution. SOLUTION: A colored coated film, prepared by depositing and dispersing a colored metal oxide of which the precursor is a colored metal salt in a SiO2 base matrix comprising a silica of which the precursor is a Si-alkoxide and a colloidal silica, is formed on at least one side of a transparent base plate. Here, the molar ratio (Si-c/Si-a) of Si (Si-c) in the colloidal silica to Si (Si-a) in the Si-alkoxide is from 0.4 to 1.0, and the metal molar ratio (ΣMi/T-Si) of the total mol (ΣMi) of the metal in the colored metal oxide to the total mol (T-Si) of Si is from 0.1 to 2.
