PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject article of recycled expanded composite in which high mechanical strength inherent to formed article of a sheet-shaped plastic is kept intact. SOLUTION: This formed article is of expanded resin, e.g. polyurethane resin expanded and cured at normal temperature, filled with finely cut or crushed sheet-shaped oriented formed article of plastic, e.g. card.
