<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control non-lighting position of an illuminating light by performing the transmission with a different radio frequency in lamps close to each other among plural illuminating lights respectively provided with a lighting/non-lighting detecting means, a radio inquiry means and a detection result sending means. SOLUTION: In the case of providing illuminating lights in a road side, each illuminating light is provided with a lighting/non-lighting detecting device, and radio communication thereof through an antenna is enabled. In the meantime, a travel vehicle forming a moving station is loaded with an information collecting and processing device for collecting the lighting/non-lighting information for processing, and radio communication between the lighting/non-lighting detecting device through an antenna is enabled. Communication of illuminating lights 5a-5d having the lighting/non-lighting detecting device is performed by using a different frequency A(Hz)-D(Hz). Since a travel vehicle passes the radio wave coverage ranges 22a-22d by traveling in one lane, information about all of the lamps can be obtained.</p> |
