PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator of a host device to confirm position information of postprocessing before actual printing in addition to image data for preview. SOLUTION: When a preview mode and postprocessing is specified in received control data, a printer device which is equipped with a print control part performing control when image data stored in a storage part are sent out to a printer engine and also connected to a host device having a display device and an input part performs a process for transferring position information to be postprocessed on a printing form to the host device before transferring the image data to the host device.
