PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the fabricating work of a tank by a method wherein a tank plate part is provided in one plate material, while an end plate part, wherein a tube insertion hole is formed, is provided, and a baffle plate part is provided at a fluid inlet port of the tank. SOLUTION: An end plate part 7A is provided on one rectangular metal plate material 401, while tank plate segments 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D are provided. In the plate material 401, a segment 5A and a segment 5B for contact with the segment 5A are provided, while a baffle plate part 10 is extended from the segment 5B. With this arrangement, a tank comprising the tank plate segments 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D, segment 5A, end plate part 7A, and baffle plate part 10 can be formed from one plate material 401. Thus, there is no need to separately perform fabricating and assembling processes, and hence the tank can be easily fabricated.
