PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational amplifier, capable of obtaining a large output current by a low power supply voltage VDD and a small pattern area. SOLUTION: The voltage of the difference of input signals VI1 and VI2 supplied to input terminals 1 and 2 are amplified in a differential input part 10, and signals V1 are outputted from a node N1 to an amplifying part 20 and an output part 30. Since the amplifying part 20 is driven by a boosted voltage VCP generated in a boosting part 50, the signals V2 outputted from the node N2 to the output part 30 become higher than the power supply voltage VDD. Thus, the voltage between the gate and source of the NMOSes 31 and 32 of the output part 30 becomes large and the large output current is made to flow, even when a gate width is narrow.
