PURPOSE: A method for preparing an adhesive sheet for a solar cell module is provided to impregnate additives having low thermal stability into the adhesive sheet in a short time and to have economic advantages by preventing the generation of crosslinkage during a T-die molding process and the loss of the additives. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an adhesive sheet for a solar cell module comprises the followings steps: mixing an organic solvent with an additive which is comprised of a crosslinking agent, a crosslinking acid, and a silane coupling agent; coating the mixture on an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer sheet using a bar coater or through a spraying process and solution impregnation; and uniformizing the mixture at 10-70 °C for 1-30 hours to diffuse the coated additive into the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer sheet. The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer has a melt flow rate of 19 g/10min or less. |
