SOLUTION: This care support system 1 has a care support network 1 which is constituted by mutually connecting terminal machines 2 like personal computers or private machines, which care managers (care plan generators) A to C have, and terminal machines 3 like personal computers, which helper companies (service resource providers) A to C securing many helpers as service resources have, through the internet, telephone lines, or communication lines like LAN. A care support system server (central server) 4 where information related helpers, care plan information, data related to carers are stored is installed on this care support network 1.</p> |
