PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly connect a protection pipe unit by providing a positioning part to be inserted into a receptacle of each cable protective pipe to the pressing surface of a pressing plate. SOLUTION: A guide rail 6 consisting of the H-type steel is laid with the flange thereof directed in the horizontal direction to the bottom surface of tunnel over the entire length from a vertical shaft in the departing side. Both side surfaces of the guide rail 6 are held with a pair of guide rollers provided at the bottom surfaces of a truck 1, and a starting vehicle 2 and a pair of right and left wheels 8 are grounded to the arcuate internal wall surface of a tunnel. A cable protective pipe 9 is laid within the tunnel, one end of a reinforced plastic pipe of a constant length of the protective pipe 9 is provided with a receptacle 11, each positioning part 91 of the pressing plate 74 is respectively inserted to the receptacle 11, and the position is corrected in the coaxial condition with a support hole, while a part of the tapered guide surface of the guide member is pushed to the internal circumference of the guide.
