PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrochromic antidazzle mirror which can prevent not only an erroneous assembly but also can improve the assembly characteristic and can reduce the cost by decreasing the man-hours for working. SOLUTION: The electrochromic antidazzle mirror 10 has an electrochromic layer holding an electrochromic film between a transparent conductive film and a reflection conductive film on the rear surface side of a substrate glass and causes the electrical color development of the electrochromic film by energizing the transparent conductive film and the reflection conductive film to each other via the electrochromic film. A printed circuit board 36 is printed with wiring 38 for electrochromic antidazzling for energization of the transparent conductive film and the reflection conductive film to each other via the electrochromic film and, therefore, the need for intricate cord turning-around work like wiring by codes is eliminated. Not only the erroneous assembly may, therefore, be prevented but the assembly characteristic may be improved and the man-hours for working may be decreased, thereby, the cost can be reduced.
