PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate uniform pressure in the width direction of a roller part and to rotate a roller part following to a shaft part even in the case of long-term use by press-fitting the center part of the shaft part in the inner surface of a press-fit member nearly in the same width as the press-fit member and making both ends other than the center part have thinner shape than the center part. SOLUTION: The shaft part 3 and the press-fit member 7 are press-fit to a metallic pipe stock 4 so that the centers in the width directions of the shaft part 3 and the member 7 may be aligned with the center in the width direction of the roller part 2 and rotatably fixed by metallic pins 6 at positions being an equal distance from the center in the width direction of the pipe stock 4 and distant therefrom to some degree. However, the pin 6 is coupled only with the pipe stock 4 and is not coupled with the member 7 and the shaft part 3. The shaft part 3 has a diameter to such an extent that it does not come in contact with the inner surface of the pipe stock 4 by the deflection of the pipe stock 4 when load is exerted. The roller part 2 is constituted by forming an elastic body 5 made of polyurethane or the like to have uniform thickness on the pipe stock 4 made of stainless steel or aluminum. |
