PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register lending and return of the article without passing a specific gateway. SOLUTION: An RFID 115 is stuck to a medicine bottle 105 as a management object, and a user is made carry an RFID 114. A display rack 106 is provided with an antenna 101, and an interrogative wave is originated at minute intervals by the control of a controller 100. When a response wave from the RFID 114 or 115 is detected by the antenna 101, the controller 100 obtains ID information from the response wave and sends it to a management computer 102. The management computer 102 generates the latest list indicating IDs within a present antenna detection range on the basis of send ID information and compares it with a just preceding list, namely, the latest list of one read cycle before to recognize the medicine bottle 105 and the existence of a user within the antenna detection range; and when detecting that the medicine bottle and the user have simultaneously disappeared in this range, the computer registers carrying-out in a management data base 103. |
