PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously control opening and closing operations for two sets of ball valves by performing switching operations of two sets of switching devices connected with a low tank entrance of a flush toilet by a switching lever handle at a place. SOLUTION: On a ball valve fixing base 16, a rainwater pipe ball valve 5 and a water service pipe ball valve 6 are fixed. At two portions of a ball valve rotary shaft 18, a switching rainwater pipe lever 2 and a switching water service pipe lever 3 are fixed. A left side of a relay lever 4 is semi-fixed to the switching water service pipe lever 3 and a switching lever handle 1 is semi- fixed to a right side of the relay lever 4. By moving the lever handle 1 from a standing state to a horizontal state, one of two sets of ball valve shafts 18 becomes an opened state and the other becomes a closed state. When the lever handle 1 is returned, one of the ball valve shafts 18 becomes the closed state and the other becomes the opened state. By an operation of the switching lever handle l, opening and closing operations can be simultaneously controlled and a user can freely choose water service water or rainwater.
