PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation in washing and drying performance and the failure of tableware and to improve the operability when housing the tableware by stabilizing the housing posture of the tableware even in the drawing-out operation of a washing tank. SOLUTION: The washing tank 21 which is opened on the upper side and houses the tableware 3 and 5 is made drawable out in an approximately horizontal direction from a tableware washing machine body 20 and a tableware cage 22 housing the tableware 3 and 5 is composed of an upper cage 24 and a lower cage 23. The tableware 3, such as dishes and bowls, are mainly housed in the lower cage 23 and the tableware 5, such as cups, are mainly housed in the upper cage 24. The tableware 3 of the lower cage 23 is housed by paralleling its diametral direction in the drawing out direction of the washing tank 21.
