PURPOSE: A method for fixing internal a thermal disc of a scroll compressor is provided to easily perform processing of a fixed scroll compressor and simply perform mounting work of the internal thermal disc. CONSTITUTION: In a scroll compressor equipped with a rotating scroll(70), a fixed scroll(200), and an internal thermal disc(150), the internal thermal disc is mounted outside the fixed scroll. The internal thermal disc sensors abnormal high temperature of refrigerant compressed in accordance with rotation of the rotating scroll and discharged through a discharge hole(220) formed on the central ceiling of the fixed scroll. If abnormally high temperature is sensed, discharge pressure of the refrigerant lowers by bypassing the refrigerant through a bypass hole(230). Since the internal thermal disc is mounted outside the fixed scroll, the processing work of the fixed scroll is easily performed and the mounting work of the internal disc is simply performed.
