PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such a danger that a solar battery module unwilligly comes into contact with other parts and it is damaged during its transportation or the installation work and hang a roof panel with a solar battery from both sides in the lateral direction orthogonal to the ridge-eaves direction and further, save labor for the waterproof treatment between the roof panels by an execution to dispense with the waterproof work on the roof. SOLUTION: A cover member 2 provided with a leg 21 extended to an attic side through between adjacent roof panels 1, 1 is used. The cover member 2 is fixedly fitted by the leg 21 from the attic side. It is further preferable that the roof panel 1 is installed while a cover member 2 is supported by either roof panel 1.
