PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive various other hydraulic devices as a hydraulic pressure supply independent of a main hydraulic pump in the case where a backhoe is removed by driving the swing cylinder of the backhoe by an exclusive hydraulic pump. SOLUTION: In a backhoe mounted on a tractor, hydraulic pressure is fed through an exclusive circuit 37A, a hydraulic changeover means 43, a coupler 43A and a control valve 29 by an exclusive hydraulic pump 37 to a swing cylinder 23, and fed through each control valve 30-34 by a main hydraulic pump 36 to other cylinders 24-27. In the case where the backhoe is removed from the tractor, other various hydraulic devices are connected to a coupler 43A, a changeover spool provided on a hydraulic changeover means 43 has an unloading function as free changeover operation, and a relief valve can be exchanged. Thereby in the case where the backhoe is removed, the other various hydraulic devices can be driven as a hydraulic drive source independent of the main hydraulic pump 36.
