SOLUTION: This wood drying device 1 is equipped with a high-frequency heating device 2 and straightening device 3 housed inside a drying chamber 10. The high-frequency heating device 2 heats a wood W by high-frequency emission. The correcting device 3 straightens the wood W thermally softened by the high-frequency heating device 2 to the specified shape, and has a vertical straightening device 31 for straightening the wood W in the vertical direction and a device for straightening to the right/left for straightening the wood W in the direction to the right/left.
