PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a trainer for skiing and snowboarding that takes reaction of the sliding board caused by weight-shift and undulation of snow surface into consideration. SOLUTION: On a mechanism that sandwiches springs 4, 5, 6, etc., and elastic partitions 21 and 22, a flat plate that supports a rotatable disk 8 fixing an action plate 11 equipped with two pairs of guide ways 12, 13 and 32, 33 by a bearing is fixed. Sliding tools 16 and 17 equipped with shoe binders of a trainee and semi-fixed sliding tools 18 and 19 are fit in the guide ways. Fluidic pressure is admitted into the elastic partitions 21 and 22 by linking to the screen of a display installed in front of the apparatus.
