PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a super weatherproof resin composition in which the degree of exhibition of each of hydrophobic function and UV stabilizing ability can be arbitrarily controlled according to the situation. SOLUTION: This resin composition contains two polymers (A) and (B), wherein the polymer (A) is prepared by polymerization of a monomer component containing p wt.% of a hydrophobic monomer and q wt.% of a UV resistant monomer and the polymer (B) is prepared by polymerization of a monomer component containing r wt.% of a hydrophobic monomer and s wt.% of a UV resistant monomer, and wherein p>r; and q<s.
