Compositions of formula (I), wherein X is halogen (chlorine, bromine, iodine); n, m = integer 2 to 8; p = 1, 2; A is selected from the group consisting of -B-, -B-(CH2)r-B-, -B-(CH2)r-B-(CH2)z-B-, with r and z ranging from 2-8; B is a group of formula -NR- wherein R is a group convertible into a hydrogen atom under physiological conditions, with the proviso that R is different from C1-C4 alkyl or acyl and from tert-butoxycarbonyl.
