PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a detecting method, for an immunologically reactive substance, in which the immunologically reactive substance can be judged objectively and precisely even with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A microplate 1 in which a plurality of reaction plates 4 are installed side by side is used. An immunological agglutination reaction is made to progress in the reaction plates 4. Two-dimensional ultrasonic array sensors 3 are arranged in an array shape, and a sensor array 2 is constituted. The sensor array 2 is installed in such a way that the respective two-dimensional ultrasonic array sensors 3 face the respective reaction plates 4 in the microplate 1. Agglutination reaction products which are generated in the respective reaction plates 4 are detected by the respective corresponding two-dimensional ultrasonic array sensors 3.
