PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ASK modulator that can introduce an accurate ASK modulation signal by ensuring attenuation of a switching diode and making the length of an on-time equal to an off-time of the switching diode. SOLUTION: A resonator coil 9 is provided in parallel with a switching diode 1 to ensure attenuation of the switching diode 1. Furthermore, the ASK modulator is provided with a CMOS drive circuit 4, a 1st duty adjustment resistor 7, a 1st choke coil 5 connected between one terminal of the switching diode 1 and a modulation signal input terminal 13 and a 2nd duty adjustment resistor 8 connected between a reference level point and a connecting point of the 1st choke coil 5 and the 1st duty adjustment resistor 7 so as to make the length of an on-state time and that of an off-state time of the switching diode 1 even.
