摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase light transmissivity by regulating chlorine concentration and fluorine concentration of a substrate layer mainly containing tin oxide. SOLUTION: A first substrate layer (tin oxide layer) 31 and a second substrate layer 32 and additionally conductive film 33 are formed on a glass plate 35. The first substrate layer 31 is a tin oxide film, and chlorine concentration and fluorine concentration in the film are both not higher than 0.5 wt.%. This tin oxide film can be formed through thermal decomposition oxidizing reaction of a raw material containing steam or alcohol on the glass at a temperature, for example, 600 deg.C or higher. A photoelectric transducing unit 37 and back electrode 39 are formed additionally on the conductive film to provide a photoelectric transducer.</p>
