摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and low-cost device by applying a relative displacement of a specified amount to vibration frames arranged in parallel using an agitator means which converts the rotation of a servo motor to a horizontal displacement, allowing agitation with a small force. SOLUTION: A test body 4 such as a construction secondary member is so attached as to span vibration frames 1 and 1' suspended from an external frame 2, and the vibration frames 1 and 1' are applied with a horizontal 2-dimension relative displacement by an agitator means which converts the rotation of a servo motor 3 to a horizontal displacement, for a displacement follow-up performance-confirming test. When a lower-side rotary disc 13 is rotated by the servo motor 3, an upper-side rotary disc 12 connected with a chain 17 makes a horizontal relative eccentric circular movement (crank action) with a support axis 18 as a crank pin. The vibration frames 1 and 1' which is, positioned on the rotary disc 12, suspended from the external frame 2 with a suspending material 6 by four corners generate a horizontal 2-dimension vibration which is indicated by an arrow 19 as a synthetic movement.
