BARRIER USING SCRAP TIRE

PURPOSE: A barrier using scrap tires is provided to reduce the impact given to a car during collision by absorbing the impact with the elasticity of scrap tires, to facilitate construction and repair, and to be economical by reusing the scrap tire. CONSTITUTION: A barrier using scrap tires comprises; a weight frame(1) of which the middle part is opened toward a front side and a rear side; a fixed rod(2) installed vertically in the opened space of the weight frame, and of which the part of an upper end and a lower end are fixed; and more than one scrap tire(3) inserted in the fixed rod, laminated and projected from the front side of the weight frame. The fixed rod contains the friction projections that improve the frictional force against the inside of the scrap tires. The weight frame also contains a support part(11) elongated from a bottom side to a rear side. The drain holes(13) are formed in a bottom toward a front and a rear side, and the luminous plate(33) is bonded to the circumference of the scrap tire.
