PURPOSE: A rock cracking method using a gel tube is provided to reduce noise and vibration during exploding the rock, and minimize the scattering of rocks and stone dust. CONSTITUTION: A rock cracking method using a gel tube comprises the steps of; filling liquor(4) of high-viscosity in a first gel tube(3), and inserting the filled first tube into a hole(2) formed in a rock(1); inserting blasting powder(5) having a detonator(6) into the hole of the rock to be fit to the first gel tube; inserting a second gel tube(8) having the liquor of high-viscosity to be fit to the blasting powder; and stemming an opened part with sand(9) so that the inside of the hole is closed. The liquor of high-viscosity consists of water and glucose, and the ratio of the water and the glucose is 1 to 1.5-2.5. A through-hole is formed in end of the first and the second gel tube by punch to insert the tubes into the hole of the rock, and a rod, in which a projection is formed, is installed to be inserted into the through-hole.
