PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide good cushioning performance. SOLUTION: This device includes: a base 15; a guide rail 17 provided on the upper surface of the base along a predetermined direction; a holding element 27 having massaging rollers 33, 34 and provided in such a way as to be capable of traveling along the guide rail; a drive provided at one end of the base along the predetermined direction for driving the holding element so that it travels along the guide rail; an elastic material 40 provided over approximately the overall upper surface of the base while in a condition in which it does not hinder the travel of the holding element; and a covering 45 covering the upper surface of the elastic material.
