PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the inner surface of a pumping tube from being damaged by catching a pebble in a position of starting to press the pumping tube by a roller in a squeeze type concrete pump using a pumping tube having a tapered inner part, which is gradually increased in wall thickness toward the delivery side. SOLUTION: A thick pad 11 is provided between a pumping tube 3 and a casing 2 near a position of starting to press the pumping tube 3 by a roller 7. At the time of starting to press the pumping tube 3 by the roller 7, in the case a pebble 16 contained in freshly mixed concrete is caught in the pumping tube 3, deformation of the pumping tube 3 caused by the pebble 16 is absorbed by the pad 11.
