PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent packaged articles from being deformed during movement or storage by binding the packaged articles stacked on a pallet together with the pallet using a band in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: Wheels 11 are attached to a lower surface of a machine body 10 with a binding machine and a binding part built therein. A handle 12 is formed on a rear part of the machine body 10. An arch 20 is pivotably provided on a front part of the machine body 10. A recessed groove is formed so that the arch 20 is coupled with the machine body 10. A band reel 50 is stretched over an upper surface of the machine body 10, first and second guide rollers 14, 15 to guide a band are formed on a lower side thereof, and a band feed switch 16 and an operation lever 17 are provided on a forward part of the upper surface. A band passing hole is formed between a part above the recessed groove 13 and the machine body 10 to guide the band to the binding part. A turnable cover 23 is arranged on the arch 20, and a cavity is formed inward thereof. A receiving wheel 28 is attached to a tip as a sagging preventive means of the arch 20.
