摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate finishing unevenness by adjusting to a shape generation and chamfering an edge portion. SOLUTION: An NC machining tool has a driving mechanism in which an X axis is perpendicular to a Y axis, and a rotation driving mechanism in which a work is rotated around a C axis and an angle can be indexed. Since the C axis is capable of angle indexing, a rotation angle of the C axis for rotating a work and a slide position of the X axis and the Y axis for moving a tool can be synchronously controlled. In a state for acquiring a shape data, an original shape 2 data which is about to be generated is obtained. In a stage for operating a processing data, a chamfering portion 5 is synthesized against the original shape 2 and a processing data of the shape thus synthesized is prepared. A shape generation is carried out based on the processing data. Each step from the generation of original shape to a chamfering processing is continuously carried out by such a flow. A chamfering processing shape is synthesized with a smooth curve against the original shape which is about to be generated.
