摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work table by six degrees of freedom parallel mechanism to reduce provision of a gap at a slide, decrease the generation of frictional force, increase a moving range, eliminate a need for a long slider, widen a speed range, and facilitate lubrication and sealing of a drive system. SOLUTION: Three sets of right and left input crown mechanisms are constituted at a base 2 and in opposite positions on a periphery and three sets of right and left support part pairs are constituted on a work table 1 and in opposite positions on a periphery. A coupling link 8 is coupled between the crank arm 7 and the support part of the input crank mechanism. In this case, the coupling link is constituted such that the other set of adjoining and separating input crank mechanisms of the base are coupled corresponding to the same set of the support parts on the work table. The crank arm and the coupling link and the support part and the coupling link are intercoupled through respective spherical rolling bearings 9.
