PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio/video synchronous controller which can precisely be synchronized even when compression encoded audio data are outputted from an external audio outputting machine including an external audio decoding machine. SOLUTION: This synchronous controller is constituted with an encoded information analysis part 5 which calculates a data amount by a basic unit of compression encoded audio data and a data amount of the audio data decoding the data amount by the basic unit, a silent data preparation part 6 which calculates a data amount of silent data equivalent to the data amount after decoding the compression encoded audio data outputted to an external audio decoder 8 by using the data amount by the basic unit of the encoded audio data calculated by the encoded information analysis part and the data amount decoding the data amount of the basic unit, and an audio output part 11 for reproducing the silent data prepared by the silent data preparation part 6. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a time for audio reproduction at an external audio outputting machine. |
