PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect heat exchanging fins of upper and lower stages simply and to form a passage for drying or dampening by forming ridges at upper and lower ends of the fins. SOLUTION: The heat exchanging fins 10 of respective sets are formed for passages for drying and dampening. The passages for drying and dampening of the respective stages vertically communicate with a longitudinal sectional coupling material 30. More particularly, the fins 10 disposed at both sides of the passages are coupled at upper and lower stages by the material 30, upper and lower ends of the fins 10 are charged between a pair of lip pieces 31 and 31 formed at the upper and lower ends of the material 30, and ridges 16 of the lower stage of the fins 10 are particularly engaged with each other and sandwiched between the pieces 31 and 32 of the upper ends of the material 30. Thus, the external wet passage and a dry and wet passages are partitioned in a shut-off state. Wet air and dry air are mixed in its exhaust port, and can be exhausted from the port to the exterior without supersaturation and without white fuming.
