PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a pack structure of flat battery embodied in a compact and lightweight construction through effective utilization of the internal space. SOLUTION: A flat battery B2 is configured so that a power generating element A is stored in an exterior material and a positive electrode tab 1a and negative electrode tab 2a are drawn out from a seal part 4A4 on one side of the exterior material, and a pack structure for this flat battery is configured so that the battery B2 and a circuit board 6 connected with the positive and negative electrode tabs are stored in a casing 5 consisting of cases 5a and 5b, wherein part or the whole of the circuit board 6 is positioned in a cavity 8 bounded by the seal part 4A4 on one side and the inner surface of the case 5a.
