PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a driving device which can be made thin and which can be manufactured at low costs and easily. SOLUTION: In a wire fixation member 2 at this device, four L-shaped metal plates 5, 6, 7, 8 are insert-molded, wire passage holes 11 are formed in end parts of the respective L-shaped metal plates 5 to 8, wires 22 are soldered here, and an FPC 19 is connected to other end parts of the L-shaped metal plates 5 to 8. A holding member 3 which is supported by the wire fixation member 2 is provided with a wire insertion and passage part 17 with a side-face hole 20, A damper agent can be injected from the side-face hole 20.
