PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor having a pipe line structure where the processing of a load instruction with zero and code extension processing is performed quickly without changing any instruction string only by devising the constitution of hardware. SOLUTION: In this constitution for operating pipe line processing by serially connecting processing stages, an extender 11 is arranged in the same stage (E/M stage) in which data reading (data RAM 10) is operated from a storage part, and data feedback by-pass paths 30 and 31 are arranged in the previous stage, and the extender is by-passed (path 42) according to the classification of an execution instruction, and the by-pass path is used.
