PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent malfunction of an apparatus to be estimated which is to be caused by the instantaneous drop of a supply voltage by a rush current when the state of the apparatus is transferred to a load operating state, without increasing a cost, in power source simulating equipment which applies a voltage to the apparatus from a programable power source and estimates operation performance of the apparatus. SOLUTION: An electronic switch 8 which directly connects a battery 6 independent of an incorporated programable power source 1 with an output part 2 when the state of an apparatus B to be estimated is transferred to a load operating state is installed. By turning on the electronic switch 8, a rush current is supplied from the battery 6 to the apparatus B, and malfunction of the apparatus B which is to be caused by the instantaneous drop of a power source voltage is prevented.
