PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the environmental pollution by incineration, such as generation of dioxin, by forming an outer hose and an inner hose from an elastomer. SOLUTION: This hose 21 has a double layer structure constituted of an outer hose 22 and an inner hose 23. The outer hose 22 is made by spirally winding a long member comprising a styrene based elastomer and bonding the joint parts of end parts in the width direction of the long member with an adhesive comprising polypropylene into a pipe shape. A spiral protruding bar is formed on the joint part and the almost central part in the width direction of the long member respectively. The inner hose 23 is formed into a pipe shape by spirally winding a long member comprising a styrene based elastomer and bonding the joint parts of the end parts in the width direction of the long member with an adhesive comprising polypropylene into a pipe shape. A spiral protruding bar is formed on the joint part and an almost central part of the long member in the width direction respectively.
