PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer which is light and good in moldability and may be transparent and which has reliable oxygen-capturing properties while maintaining moldability of conventional resins and which has improved oxygen barrier properties, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The oxygen impermeable resin is a polycondensation-based polymer comprising a polyamide-based, polycarbonate-based or polyallylate-based polycondensation-based polymer segment which constitutes a major part and an olefin oligomer segment which constitutes a minor part whose skeleton is a homopolymer of butadiene, norbornene, dicyclopentadiene, or isoprene which has carbon-carbon unsaturated bonds or its copolymer with an olefin, wherein the olefin oligomer segment is linked to the main chain in a block manner.
