PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain water gutter capable of preventing swelling of weatherproof resin due to adhesive by forming a basic layer of non-polar crystalline resin and fusing the weatherproof resin made of styrene copolymer resin to which non-polar crystalline resin is added as a surface layer. SOLUTION: This rain water laminate gutter 1 consists of a flat bottom face part 2 and side wall parts 3, 3 erected in both fringe end parts so as to have a substantially U-shaped cross section and consists of resin layers including a basic material layer 5, an adhesive layer 6, and a surface layer 7. The basic material layer 5 is formed by polyolefin resin which is non-polar crystalline resin. The surface layer 7 is formed by styrene copolymer resin with which non-polar crystalline resin is graft-bonded. Preferably, a graft rate is 1 to 10%. Adhesive resin constituting the adhesive layer 6 is bonded on the basic material layer 5 and the surface layer 7 and is made of polyolefin to which unsaturated carboxylic acid, alkoxy silane derivative, and epoxy group are added and polymerized or the like. Consequently, it is possible to improve boundary face strength of the basic material layer 5 and the surface layer 7 and prevent compatibility with organic solvent used in bonding rain water gutters mutually while keeping satisfactory weatherproof and outward appearance properties.
