PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheetlike laminate having no plate-shaped base such as veneer plywood, being thin and flexible, not wrinkling nevertheless and having an embossed pattern in tune with a printed pattern, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: This laminate sheet is constituted of a base layer formed of paper or a plastic film, an adhesive layer making the release strength of the base and release paper be 100 g/25 mm or above and a release layer having a tensile strength of 5000 N/cm2 or above. On the base-side surface of the laminate sheet, an embossed pattern produced by a difference in a speed of setting by activation energy beams and being in tune with a printed pattern is formed of an activation energy setting type coating.
