PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment for bodily feeling one's health wherein a person is allowed to perform various exercises moderately in the outdoor natural environment while adding an amusement element. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a staircase 1a formed along a slope SL, and partition walls 1b which partition the staircase 1a in the upward diection into four rows of staircase chambers R1 to R4. On the respective partition walls 1b, entrances 1c are provided in the upward direction at specified intervals. In respective staircase chambers R1 to R4 which are partitioned by the partition walls 1b, a dead end wall 1d is provided at every specified number of steps.
