CAN LID AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely open a can lid with a less dispersion of opening force and with a low opening force. SOLUTION: A can lid 1a is of a full-open type can lid. The can lid is provided with a panel 2 formed into a circular plate, an opening score 3 formed along an outer circumference of the panel 2 in an endless manner and a tab 5 fixed by a rivet 4. A fixing direction T of the tab 5 is set to be substantially perpendicular to an initial cutting section 7 of the score 3. A circular mark 6 indicating a press rolling direction R is printed at the surface of the panel 2 covered by the tab 5. A cutting start score 8 arranged side-by-side at the score 3 in a discontinuous manner is formed at the opposite side of the initial cutting section 7.
