PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent coolant from leaking from the inside to the outside by fastening with bolts both surfaces of a divided place to a surface of an operation disk duct. SOLUTION: A surface of a divided place 1a on the right side of a cover is matched to a surface 6a of an operation disk duct, and are fastened with bolts so that corresponding bolt holes 7a and 7b, 8a and 8b, 9a and 9b, 10a and 10b, 11a and 11b, and 12a and 12b are respectively matched to each other. A surface of a divided place 1b on the left side of the cover is matched to the surface 6a of the operation disk duct, and are fastened with bolts so that corresponding bolt holes 13a and 13b, 14a and 14b, 15a and 15b, and 16a and 16b are respectively matched to each other. In addition, bolt holes 17a and 17b, 18a and 18b, 19a and 19b, 20a and 20b, 21a and 21b, and 22a and 22b are respectively fastened with bolts. Finally, a cover plate 24 is engaged, and bolt holes 24a and 24b are fastened with a bolt. Thus, an operation disk 6 is mounted to the entire cover.
