PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate a lining layer from a building in disassembling and recycle a concrete structure by forming an RFR lining layer by use of a reinforced fiber in the construction of the concrete structure. SOLUTION: In construction, a resin anticorrosive lining is constructed in order to prevent the acidic deterioration of a concrete structure. At this time, an anticorrosive lining layer 1 is formed by sanding the concrete surface, performing the adhesion of a gravel surface 2 by use of a non-solvent resin, using a reinforced fiber, and coating the surface with an anticorrosive resin. In the disassembling of a building, the concrete structure and the FRP lining layer 2 are heated to a resin thermal deformation temperature. The concrete structure is then perfectly separated from the FRP lining layer 1, and the concrete structure can be recycled.
