PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the suction performance and suction efficiency by suppressing the three-dimensional eddy while expanding the suction area of a tornado type sucking/blowing device. SOLUTION: This tornado type sucking/blowing device comprises an air inlet 6a to swirl the air in a specified local area in a tornado and suck it, and an air supply outlet 9 provided to surround the air inlet 6a and swirls the air from the outer circumference of the air inlet 6a diagonally downward to blow the air in an air-curtain manner. The outer circumferential surface 9b side of the air supply outlet 9 is directed outward, an inner circumferential surface 9c side is inward of the outer circumferential surface 9b, and a part of the blowing air flow is allowed to flow in the direction of the inner air inlet 6a. |
