PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a healthy food without garlic odor by simply carrying out a treatment for preventing the generation of the garlic odor. SOLUTION: A sulfide component of a garlic is dissolved in and bound to a lipid possessed by sesame to form the garlic into an odorless one. The healthy food without the garlic odor can be widely used as it is or by being added to other foods, because the food is completely deodorized and provides no problem about safety. The healthy food not only can provide flavor and texture of the sesame, but also can allow the physiological effect to be utilized.
