摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a high-efficiency and high-output linear actuator by a method wherein permanent magnets which have polarities in a direction perpendicular to the polarity of a main magnet are arranged in both end parts of a permanent magnet, and the amount of magnetic fluxes generated by the permanent magnets is increased. SOLUTION: In a stator 73, a plurality of annular flat rolled magnetic steel sheets are laminated in its axial direction, teeth 80a to 80d are arranged radially by keeping an interval, and magnet sets 81, 82, 83, 84 which are provided with four poles are fixed, in the axial direction to the face facing a moving element 72 of the teeth 80a at the stator 73. Then, the magnet set 81 in which permanent magnets are piled up in the axial direction and which is installed at the teeth 80a is constituted of main magnets 81a to 81d and auxiliary magnets 81e to 81i as viewed from the axial direction of the stator, and the amount of a magnetic flux generated by the magnet 81 is increased. As a result, it is possible to obtain this linear actuator whose efficiency is high and whose output is high.
