PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing body mobile device capable of simply and surely adjusting a shaft to be mounted on an opening and closing body in the vertical direction, and easily making adjustment control of the shaft without projecting an operating section to the opening and closing body side when the shaft is adjusted. SOLUTION: This opening and closing body mobile device is equipped with a mobile body 4 pivoting a guide roller 3 in rotatable manner, a shaft 7 provided to the mobile body 4 so as to make it possible to move in the vertical direction only and mounting the front end side 5 projected from the mobile body 4 on the opening and closing body 6 and a shaft adjusting device 8 for movably adjusting the shaft in the vertical direction. The shaft adjusting device 8 is equipped with a shaft mobile gear body 27 screwing on the circumferential surface of the shaft 7 and moving the shaft 7 and a rotational adjusting body 30 forming a gear section 28 screwing to a rotated gear section 26 of the shaft mobile gear body 27 and, at the same time, moving the shaft 7 by placing an operating section 29 to the outside of the mobile body 4.
